Refund & Cancellation Policy

MarketExploiter currently offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for eligible purchases.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your MarketExploiter purchase, you may contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.

Refund requests should be sent to:

Please include the email address used for the purchase and sufficient information for us to identify the transaction.

2. Access After a Refund

When a refund is issued, MarketExploiter access may be revoked.

This may include removal of access to the TradingView invite-only indicator and supplementary MarketExploiter community access.

3. Subscription Cancellation

For recurring Monthly or Yearly subscriptions, cancellation prevents future renewals according to the applicable subscription terms.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated at checkout, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for time already paid for.

4. Applicable Consumer Rights

The 7-day money-back guarantee is a MarketExploiter policy. It exists in addition to any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws applicable to your purchase.

For customers protected by EU, EEA, or UK consumer law, statutory withdrawal and digital-content or digital-service rights may apply.

Where applicable law provides a statutory withdrawal right for digital content, that right may cease once delivery or access begins where the customer has provided the legally required express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgement of the loss of that right.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or statutory withdrawal rights that apply under applicable law.

Where applicable law provides a right that cannot legally be excluded, that right remains unaffected by this Policy.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Whop to the customer's original payment method.

Whop processes the payment reversal after MarketExploiter approves the refund. Whop does not independently grant or guarantee MarketExploiter's 7-day money-back guarantee.

Processing times may depend on Whop and the customer's financial institution.

6. Abuse and Unauthorized Use

Refund requests may be reviewed where there is evidence of fraud, unauthorized access, chargeback abuse, redistribution, or other misuse.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
