These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of MarketExploiter.
By purchasing or using MarketExploiter, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. The Product
MarketExploiter is a proprietary technical-analysis indicator designed for use through TradingView.
The primary product is access to the MarketExploiter indicator.
Additional community resources, including access to a MarketExploiter Telegram community and related market commentary, may be provided as supplementary benefits.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to purchase and use MarketExploiter.
MarketExploiter is intended for adults.
3. Access
After purchase, access to MarketExploiter may be activated manually using the TradingView account information required for invite-only access.
You are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for activation.
You must not provide your TradingView password.
Access may take a reasonable amount of time to activate following purchase.
4. Subscription Plans
Monthly
Monthly access remains available while the applicable subscription remains active and paid.
If the subscription is cancelled or expires, access may be removed at the end of the applicable paid period, subject to applicable law and the terms of the purchase.
Yearly
Yearly access remains available during the applicable paid annual period.
If the subscription is not renewed, access may be removed when the paid period ends, subject to applicable law.
Lifetime
"Lifetime" refers to ongoing access to the MarketExploiter product for the lifetime of the MarketExploiter service/product, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Lifetime access does not mean ownership of the underlying indicator, source code, intellectual property, or business.
5. License
Your purchase provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MarketExploiter for your own trading and educational purposes.
You do not purchase ownership of MarketExploiter.
You may not:
- Share your MarketExploiter access with another person
- Resell or sublicense access
- Redistribute the indicator
- Copy, reproduce, or publish proprietary portions of the indicator
- Attempt to obtain or extract the source code
- Reverse engineer the indicator except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
- Circumvent access controls
- Use another customer's access
- Provide your account or access credentials to another person
6. Unauthorized Sharing
MarketExploiter may revoke or suspend access where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized sharing, redistribution, resale, abuse, fraud, or attempts to circumvent access controls, subject to applicable law.
7. Updates
MarketExploiter may be updated, modified, improved, or discontinued.
Where updates are released, active customers may receive them according to their applicable purchase plan.
8. Telegram Community
Telegram access is a supplementary community benefit and is not the underlying MarketExploiter indicator itself.
Community access may include market commentary, educational material, trade setups, updates, or other content.
Community access may be subject to separate community rules and may be modified from time to time.
Nothing in the Telegram community constitutes individualized investment advice.
9. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Your TradingView account
- Your trading decisions
- Your risk management
- Maintaining access to the email/account information associated with your purchase
- Using MarketExploiter lawfully
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your access
10. No Guarantee
MarketExploiter does not guarantee profits, successful trades, a particular win rate, or any specific financial outcome.
Past performance, examples, backtests, testimonials, or historical signals do not guarantee future results.
11. Intellectual Property
MarketExploiter, including its indicator logic, code, branding, graphics, documentation, written materials, and other proprietary materials, remains the property of the respective rights holder.
No ownership is transferred through purchase.
12. Payments
Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through its checkout and handles applicable payment processing and transaction-related tax responsibilities according to its terms and applicable requirements.
13. Refunds and Consumer Rights
Refunds and cancellation rights are governed by the MarketExploiter Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer-protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
